Front Page on Etsy

When I had started selling on Etsy it was one of the hardest things to do- to score the front page exposure.
Well, still it’s not easy. And there is no recipe or 100% guarantee guideline on how to do it. The only thing you can do is make treasuries and to be included in treasuries (these two affect each other: make some and you will be included in some).  Commenting on treasuries that others make or are included in also can be good way to be noticed or to find some beautiful products, that can become the core of treasury you are going to make.

What treasury is?
It’s ever changing gallery on Etsy. It’s user generated.
There are two treasuries so far:  Main and West.
And there is also great tool if you have idea for treasury, but they don’t open for some time: Poster Sketch.
If you want to check if you are in any current treasury- great website to do so is:  Craftopolis.

Just before the weekend started I was honored with front page presence on Etsy!!!
Big thanks to my treasury curator: lisaburkin, for creating collection which made beautiful entry page for Etsy on Thursday evening.
